Laura Lowery is a Boston University Faculty Member. Lowery also represents Boston Medical Center as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology.

Laura Lowery is a longtime Faculty Member of Boston University.  As a Scientist, she has contributed to numerous Biomedical Studies and developed multi-faceted programs in academia.  Her contributions to various studies can be found on Google Scholar.  Lowery specializes in studying and presenting topics related to cell migration, cytoskeletal dynamics, cell motility, axon guidance and embryonic development.  Beyond her responsibilities as a Faculty Member at Boston University and her scientific studies through Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BU), Lowery also stands on the Anti-Racism Committee of BU and BMC.

 

Qualifications

 

Laura Lowery Boston University Scientist and Faculty Member is a diversely educated scholar.  She maintains a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from University of California San Diego, as well as a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  She also completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School as an Instructor.
